What is Fractional Real Estate?

Fractional ownership is a way to jointly own real estate. It allows multiple people to own a portion of the property without having to pony up the cash for the whole thing. Fractional ownership gives buyers significant cost savings. There is also no need for you to be a real estate professional or have management experience because we will take care of all of this for you.

This project is about making real estate investing for everyone.  You no longer have to be rich to invest and will have the security, transparency and tracking of blockchain technology.  No one does it like XVR, you will not have to wait years for new technology, like a game to be developed, or for a multifamily building to be constructed.  We will be acquiring homes that already exist and putting them on the short-term rental market.
